Sagging gutters, leaking joints, separated sections, or damaged hangers — we fix it all. Most repairs completed same week. We'll give you an honest assessment of whether repair or replacement makes more sense for your home.
Gutters fail for specific, diagnosable reasons. A sagging section is usually a failed hanger or a section that was never pitched correctly. A leaking joint is sealant that's broken down or a rivet that's popped. A gutter pulling away from the house is a fascia issue or a hanger that's rusted out. Each problem has a specific fix, and we'll walk you through exactly what's happening and what it'll cost to address.
We don't upsell. If your gutters have another good 5 years in them and just need a joint resealed, that's what we'll do. If they're 25 years old and every joint is failing, we'll tell you straight that replacement is the better investment. Our reputation in the North Bay is built on honest assessments, not pressure tactics.
Sagging gutters — When you see your gutter dipping in the middle of a run, water pools there instead of flowing to the downspout. The cause is almost always failed hangers or fasteners that have backed out of the fascia. We rehang the section with new fasteners and the correct pitch — usually done in under an hour.
Leaking at joints — Sectional gutters have joints every 10 feet. Each joint is a potential leak point once sealant breaks down (which happens after 5-10 years in our climate). We clean the joint thoroughly, apply fresh commercial-grade sealant, and rivet for mechanical reinforcement.
Gutters pulling away from the house — This is serious. A gutter that's detaching can damage the fascia board, allow water into the wall cavity, and eventually fail completely. We identify whether the issue is the gutter, the hangers, or the fascia underneath, and repair accordingly.
Downspout problems — Clogged, disconnected, or improperly placed downspouts send water directly against your foundation. We clear, reconnect, and reposition downspouts to protect your home.
Repair is the right call when: the gutters are under 15 years old, made of decent material (aluminum or galvanized steel), and have localized problems — a few leaking joints, a section that's sagging, a hanger that's failed.
Replacement makes more sense when: the gutters are 20+ years old, corroded throughout, installed with wrong pitch across the whole system, or made of materials that have reached end of life (common with older vinyl or thin aluminum). At that point, continuing to repair is throwing good money after bad.
We'll tell you which category your gutters fall into after looking at them. No obligation, no pressure — just an honest answer.

If your gutters are sagging, leaking at joints, or pulling away from the fascia but are otherwise in good shape, repair usually makes sense. If they're corroded, crushed, or more than 20 years old, replacement is often the better value. We'll give you our honest read on-site.
We repair aluminum, galvanized, and vinyl gutters — which covers 95% of homes in our service area. Copper gutter repair is available — call for details as copper work is priced differently.
Minor joint resealing starts at a low cost. Rehang and repitch jobs vary by linear footage. Section replacement is priced per linear foot. We'll quote before we start any work — and the final bill matches the quote.
Minor repairs can be done in light rain. Sealant work requires dry conditions to cure properly — we'll schedule accordingly. If you have active water damage happening right now, call us and we'll do what we can immediately to stop the damage.
Yes. A detaching gutter can damage your fascia board and allow water to penetrate your siding. If it's only partially detached, a same-week repair usually solves it. If it's already caused fascia damage, we'll identify that and recommend next steps.
We provide same-week gutter repair across Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties.
