Spring cleaning (March-April) — clears out winter debris before storm season fully wraps. Important for catching any damage from winter so you can schedule repair before next rainy season.
Fall cleaning (October-November) — the most important cleaning of the year. Clears fallen leaves before the first big rain events of November. A gutter that's clogged going into rainy season will overflow every single storm.
Heavy tree cover homes — properties under oak, pine, or eucalyptus may need 3-4 cleanings per year. We can put you on a scheduled maintenance rotation so you don't have to think about it.
